ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Payments and Digital Services, the Payments and Digital Services Manager leads the department execution of Argent Credit Union’s strategic initiatives. This role oversees daily department operations to ensure exceptional member service and compliance with credit union policies, procedures and regulations. The position is responsible for achieving performance goals, supporting strategic priorities, and coaching and developing a high-performing team.
