Job Summary

Do you enjoy working in a hands-on retail environment, building strong store relationships, and ensuring products are displayed and stocked for success? As a Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting Rona stores in Toronto East (Scarborough to Kingston) by maintaining displays, merchandising inventory, replenishing stock, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently while traveling between retail locations. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in stores every day by ensuring products are organized, well-stocked, and presented to company standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores as scheduled, merchandising inventory, sorting bins, and attending to general housekeeping duties.
• Assist inventory replenishment representatives with duties including sorting and cleaning bins and products.
• Help with resets as needed.
• Travel between stores within an assigned region.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support and follow internal health and safety programs and protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a retail vendor, big box retail, or related environment preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of purpose, ownership, and urgency.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team success.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
