NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $18.00-$19.50 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate via phone, email, and text interactions. Bilingual Preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide product and service information to assist customers
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable assisting customers within a call center environment
• Bilingual Preferred
