Our SDR team power the pipeline generation for all our markets, finding the right businesses, running first-line discovery, and booking properly qualified meetings for our Sales Consultants.

What we're looking for:

We're hiring two Senior SDRs. One will focus on the AEC market and one on Consulting. You'll generate high-quality, properly qualified pipeline for our Sales Consultants, and you'll be one of the experienced people the rest of the SDR team learns from.
This is a chance to help shape how lead generation works at CMap, not just slot into it.

You won’t need a long ramp. We’ll give you the proposition, the positioning and the people you’ll be speaking to, then trust you to run with it. You’ll also be one of the people the rest of the SDR team looks to for help, and you’ll have a real say in how we do lead generation

You will:

Prospect into your market by phone, email and LinkedIn, using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
Run first-line discovery: find the right businesses, understand their pain points, and qualify them properly
Speak confidently with owners, directors and partners
Book and position meetings so our Sales Consultants and prospects both know exactly why they're talking
Coach and support less experienced SDRs through call reviews, sharing what works, and being someone they can ask
Feed back what's working (and what isn't) to help us sharpen our playbook

What you'll need to succeed:

At least 18 months' experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B sales. SaaS is a bonus.
A track record of consistent performance you can talk through in detail
Hands-on experience qualifying against a structured framework. Which one doesn't matter.
Organised, multi-channel outbound habits and clean CRM discipline
A genuine interest in building your career in sales development, and in helping others grow
