Continuous Improvement & Governance Support

·         Support the maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Global Market Surveillance reference documentation.

·         Organize and coordinate core Market Surveillance governance forums and management committees, ensuring effective preparation, follow-up, and action tracking.

·         Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Market Surveillance organizational tools, including access management for shared drives and collaborative platforms, to facilitate effective global team coordination.

·         Contribute to the efficient management of the Market Surveillance function by identifying and implementing opportunities to harmonize transversal processes, strengthen governance, and promote the adoption of collaborative tools.

·         Support the communication of Market Surveillance achievements and key initiatives, in conjunction with the reporting framework, and promote awareness of the Market Surveillance mandate, role, and value proposition across the CPLE organization, Business Lines, and other stakeholders.
