Description
We are a pre-insulated piping manufacturing company seeking immediate employment for a Sales Assistant in our Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist National Sales Manager as liaison between independent sales representatives and company
- Perform pricing, freight estimates, quotations and order processing
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Accurate file maintenance
- Follow-Up on sales quotations
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
- GXD (AS400) knowledge preferred
- Detail oriented with the flexibility to adapt to a variety of work situations and interruptions and organize work for appropriate and timely completion
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
