As a Assistant Manager | Full Stack Java Developer, you will lead end-to-end software development initiatives, architecting scalable microservices, and driving the delivery of high‑quality web applications that meet both business and technical requirements. You will mentor and coordinate a cross‑functional team, ensuring cohesive collaboration between backend and frontend developers while maintaining a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability. Your role will involve translating complex business logic into clean, maintainable Java code, orchestrating Docker and Kubernetes pipelines, and integrating cloud‑native services across AWS to deliver resilient, highly available solutions. You will also actively participate in architectural reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement efforts to keep our technology stack at the cutting edge. Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design, develop, and deploy distributed Java microservices using Spring Boot

• Build responsive, modular front‑end components with ReactJS and integrate them with backend APIs

• Implement containerization with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and ensure smooth release cycles across environments

• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain architectural best practices

• Collaborate with DevOps to optimize AWS infrastructure, cost, and performance

• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning

• Conduct scalability and performance testing and refine system architecture accordingly

• Resolve complex bugs, monitor application health, and troubleshoot production incidents

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable tasks

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 9+ years of full‑stack development experience with extensive Java and Spring Boot expertise

• Proven track record in building and scaling ReactJS applications in production

• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) and infrastructure management

• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and automated CI/CD pipelines

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and design patterns

• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization and fault tolerance

• Demonstrated leadership ability, having managed teams and delivered projects on time and within scope

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike

• Commitment to code quality, test‑driven development, and continuous integration best practices

• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and applying them to solve real‑world challenges
