About the Role:
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to develop a user-friendly, production-ready digital planning platform that supports the design and optimization of physical retail environments. The role focuses on building intuitive digital experiences that help users plan and design customer meeting points while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and services.

You will work closely with product, business, and UX teams to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend development skills with an understanding of system integrations, component-driven UI, and design systems. You should be comfortable adapting to an evolving architecture, building upon existing solutions, and contributing to continuous improvements without unnecessarily replacing established systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a user-friendly, production-ready digital planning entry point.

• Build responsive and accessible frontend applications using TypeScript and React.

• Design and implement component-driven user interfaces using established design systems.

• Develop and maintain integrations with REST APIs and OpenAPI services.

• Ensure seamless information flow between systems and contribute to clean, scalable technical solutions.

• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and UX teams to translate user needs into effective digital experiences.

• Contribute to state management, frontend architecture, and overall application performance.

• Apply UX-driven development principles to create intuitive and accessible user experiences.

• Support DevOps practices and contribute to reliable development and deployment workflows.

• Explore AI-assisted, specification-driven development approaches to improve efficiency and solution quality.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React.

• Experience with UX-driven development, component-based architecture, and design systems.

• Good understanding of web technologies and experience consuming and producing REST APIs and OpenAPI services.

• Understanding of system integrations, information flows, and frontend architecture.

• Experience with state management and web accessibility.

• DevOps experience and familiarity with modern development workflows.

• Ability to work within an evolving architecture, building on existing solutions rather than unnecessarily replacing them.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product, business, and UX teams.

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of frontend development and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D visualization technologies, such as Three.js, React Three Fiber, Babylon.js, or Autodesk APS.

• Full-stack development experience.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and continuous integration and deployment practices.

• Experience with headless CMS solutions and dynamic page rendering.

• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and AI integrations.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and observability tools.

• Experience with retail planning, commercial planning, or similar digital planning environments.
