Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Heather Heights, located in Pittsford, NY

Full-Time & Part-Time | Nights (11p - 7am)

The LPN will provide quality resident care, administer medications, monitor health needs, and work closely with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license
Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
