Ironwood is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude, strong customer-service skills, and a "can do" approach to property maintenance. What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, punch work, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with pool maintenance and operations
• Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards
• Assist with snow removal and weather-related property needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC Certification preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with on-call and weekend availability
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction
