Why Edelman?
Looking for a trade you can build a real career on — not just a paycheck? At Edelman, we don't just fill entry-level spots, we grow electricians. We're looking for an Entry Level Electrician who wants to learn the trade hands-on from our senior installers, build real skills every day, and work toward running jobs on their own. If you're ready to learn something that pays off for the rest of your career, this is your start.

What You'll Do:

• Learn and Execute: Install basic wiring, outlets, lights, and switches to company standard under the guidance of a senior installer — with growing independence as your skills build.
• Run Circuits Right: Pull romex and low-voltage cable, and run branch circuits to meet National Electric Code.
• Wire It Up: Tie in outlets, lights, and switches (single-pole and 3-way), and build standard residential services.
• Read the Blueprint: Follow blueprints and building codes to box, drill, and route wiring exactly where it needs to go.
• Keep the Job Site Right: Prep and protect the space, keep the truck stocked and clean, and leave every site better than you found it.
• Own Your Piece of the Job: Track materials, hit target hours, and use ServiceTitan to keep the job moving without needing a manager to hold your hand.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of residential electrical install experience.
• Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license, insurable through our company carrier.
• Tools: Tools required for Install Level 2 work (we'll give you the list).
• Mindset: Safety-first, detail-oriented, and ready to learn from the people who've been doing this for years.
• Bonus Points: Electrical Training Certificate or completed Level 1 Electrical Skills.

What Edelman Offers:

• Compensation: $20/hour to start.
• Health & Wellness: Medical, dental (Blue Cross Blue Shield), and vision (VSP) — company-subsidized.
• Protected: $25,000 employer-paid life insurance, plus optional disability and accident coverage.
• Time Off & Retirement: Paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match up to 4%.
• Loyalty Program: Bonuses for sticking around.
• Growth: A real path from Level 1 to Level 2, journeyman, and beyond — learning directly from Edelman's senior electricians.
