Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist

Description

• Review lockbox for incoming wires and checks for both MES 
• Review Celigo Lockbox imports for accurate posting to customer accounts
• Research problems and resolve timely
• Reconcile cash and credit card deposits to Netsuite reports and bank deposits
• Respond to branch inquiries
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Process customer refunds
• Process non-municipal requests for credit
• Process Non AR Journal Entries
• Process Customer Transfer requests
• Assist in account collections
• Other special projects as needed
