Junior Sales Automation Specialist – Torizon

We are looking for a junior, technically minded person to help the Torizon Sales team and other non-engineering teams adopt AI and automation. The main goal of the role is simple: make our sales organization more effective by applying the latest AI technologies to real business processes.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve sales workflows using AI
• Build practical tools such as:
  • AI assistants for email preparation and customer communication
  • Opportunity qualification and account research tools
  • Sales process automation and, where useful, agentic AI workflows
• Work with the Toradex Inside Sales team on automation around processes such as Torizon Cloud subscriptions and Stripe
• Help connect AI solutions with our existing data and reporting environment, including Power BI
• Enable other commercial teams to experiment with and adopt AI effectively

A key part of the role is learning from the Torizon R&D team. You will work closely with software engineers to understand modern software-development practices, software quality and how the engineering organization itself is using AI.

You will also collaborate with the global Toradex AI/IT team and Power BI team to reuse technologies, share best practices and avoid building isolated solutions.

Ideal background

• Early-career profile, for example a recent university graduate
• Some background in software development, computer science or a related technical field
• Strong interest in AI, automation and modern software tools
• Interest in understanding sales processes and how technology can improve them
• Curious, hands-on mindset and comfortable experimenting with new technologies
