Office Administrator

Responsibilities

● Provide general clerical support, including filing & data entry

● Manage calendars and schedules for assigned staff

● Customer & Vendor Coordination in admin related tasks

● Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking

● Assist with transportation arrangement and maintaining transportation log Sheets

● Compose and format professional documents (letters, emails)

● Engage with admin related tasks of the outside vendors

● Research and compile information as assigned

● Maintain office supplies and equipment

● Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent is acceptable
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a team Environment
• Flexible to work extended hours and during the weekends
• Need to engage in physical duties, including some travel outside the office
