Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at the LS&Co. corporate office in San Francisco. You will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors—making a lasting first impression and helping maintain a smooth and welcoming front office environment.

About the Job

• Welcome employees, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally.
• Issue visitor passes and follow security protocols.
• Escort visitors to meet with employees, ensuring they reach their destination safely and efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about office services and amenities.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Provide event support as needed, including setup and coordination.
• Support and work with the security team to ensure safety and compliance.
• Offer general office front desk support, such as managing mail, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, with occasional flexibility required.
• You will report to our Facilities Manager. 

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Organization: Attention to detail and ability to multi-task on several tasks at once.
• Ability to resolve issues and handle unexpected situations.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $60,800-$80,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
