当社では、東京を拠点とするライフサイエンス & ヘルスケア ソリューションコンサルティングチームにて、ソリューションコンサルタントを募集しています。私たちは製品のエキスパートチームとして、顧客ニーズを深く理解し、ソリューションの価値を効果的に提案することで、既存および新規顧客の双方からの収益拡大を担っています。また、顧客との関係性を強化し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献するとともに、製品開発やコンサルティングサービスのプロジェクトにも携わります。

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 製薬・医療機器業界での実務経験 5 年以上、または CRO、マーケットリサーチ会社、広告代理店などを通じて製薬・医療機器企業向けにサービスを提供した経験
• 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる優れた対人コミュニケーション能力
• 顧客との良好な関係を構築・維持した経験
• 日本語での高いプレゼンテーションスキル
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル）の文書・口頭でのコミュニケーション能力
• Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint の中級レベルのスキル
• 主体性を持ち、複雑なスケジュールや複数の業務を計画・優先順位付けし、実行できる方

What will you be doing in this role?

• 営業、マーケティング、カスタマーサクセスと連携し、ライフサイエンス & ヘルスケア部門の売上目標達成に貢献する
• 顧客との直接コミュニケーション、業界ニュース、業界カンファレンスなどを通じて、顧客の事業・ニーズ・業務フローを深く理解する
• 製品エキスパートとして、ライフサイエンス & ヘルスケア向けソリューションに関する深い知識を習得し、常に最新の状態に保つ
• 営業チームと密接に連携し、新たなビジネス機会を創出するとともに、顧客ニーズを特定し最適なソリューションを提案することで、案件クロージングを積極的に支援する
• 営業担当と同行（対面またはオンライン）し、顧客ニーズおよびソリューションについて議論する
• 主な顧客は製薬・医療機器企業であり、R&D、臨床開発、メディカルアフェアーズ、事業開発、マーケティング、レギュラトリー、マーケットアクセスなど、さまざまな部門の担当者と面談し、ニーズおよび最適なソリューションについて協議する
• 特定の顧客セグメントを対象とした製品プロモーション計画を立案・実行し、新規ビジネスリードを創出する
• 導入後の顧客に対し、アドバイス、トレーニング、ウェビナーなどを通じてビジネス上の質問に対応し、ポストセールスサポートを提供する

We are looking for a solution consultant to join our Life Science & Healthcare solution consulting team in Tokyo. We are a team of product experts and are responsible for growing revenue from both existing and new customers, by deeply understanding customer needs, effectively presenting the value of the solution, enhancing customer relationship to improve customer satisfaction, and contributing to product development and consulting services engagements.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Either 5+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry or experience providing services to pharmaceutical or medical device companies through a CRO, market research firm, advertising agency, or similar organization..
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
• Proficient presentation skills in Japanese.
• Written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
• Intermediate skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Initiative-taking and able to plan, prioritize and take actions with a complex schedule of activities and events.

It would be great if you also had . . .  

• Experience in commercial strategy roles, including marketing and/or business development, within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry.
• Experience in research and/or research planning within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
• Good track records in a customer-facing role such as sales, marketing, or customer education etc.
• Work experience at professional service agencies (consulting firm etc.).

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Achieve sales revenue target of Life Science & Healthcare division in cooperation with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Deeply understand customer business, needs and workflow through various channels such as direct communication with customers, industry news, industry conference, etc.
• As a product expert, acquire in-depth knowledge about Life Science & Healthcare solutions and keep the knowledge up to date.
• Work closely with sales team to find new business opportunities and proactively provide support for them to close deals by identifying customer needs and offering best solutions.
• Co-visit customers with sales (on-site or virtual meeting) to discuss customer needs and solutions.
• Most of our clients are pharma/medical device companies and you will meet with customers from various departments such as R&D, clinical development, medical affairs, business development, marketing, regulatory, market access etc. to discuss their needs and appropriate solutions.
• Plan and execute product promotion plan for a targeted customer segment to create new business leads.
• Provide post-sales support for clients through advice, training, and webinars etc. to answer their business questions.
