Content marketeer

We are looking for our first Content Marketeer to build Payflip’s content machine for the AI era. You’ll design the system rather than write every word, produce content at a volume and speed a traditional team can’t match, and make sure every piece earns its place in the funnel. You create the fuel; our performance marketeer puts it in front of the right companies.

Payflip started as a flexible rewards tool. Today, we’re becoming Belgium’s salary super app: one platform where companies and people manage their salaries and benefits. With Payroll joining Flex, Food and Mobility, the product is complete. Our market has never been this clear: Belgian employers in specific FTE ranges whom we can name company by company.

This year, we laid the marketing foundations: a new website, new ads, our first TV commercials and a billboard campaign. What we haven’t built yet is a steady flow of content that brings those companies to us. In 2027, that’s about to change.

You’ll join a small marketing team that works as one. Our creative lead sets the brand and the big ideas. Our GTM engineer knows every company in our market and what it’s doing. A new performance marketeer distributes what you make. And every day, you’ll work closely with sales and customer success.

🧑‍💻 Your mission

Make Payflip the one and only trusted source of Belgian HR managers and CFOs, and the AI tools they use, turn to on salary, benefits and payroll, and turn that into a pipeline. Concretely, your job is threefold:

• Build the AI content system.

• Create content that converts, at volume.

• Arm sales and customer success.

To be clear: this is not just a copywriting role. Together with our creative lead, who owns the brand and the creative direction, you’ll set the bar for what content at Payflip can be, whether it’s a billboard, a video or a publishable salary bible.

After 12 months, we’d love to see:

• An AI content system in daily use, with production time per asset down and nothing that reads like generic AI content

• Every long-format piece (webinar, event, e-book) turned into a series of video and static snippets

• A reliable publishing rhythm, with ad variants delivered at the pace of the testing calendar

• Measurably better conversion, with download rates, landing page conversion and ad click-through up, and every win or loss documented

• Original Payflip content (benchmarks, tools, calculators) built on our own data and used for lead generation and by our colleagues

• Sales and customer success using the case studies, one-pagers and decks you made

🌟 About you

You would be a good fit with our team if most of this sounds like you:

• 3 to 6 years in growth or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing company. You’ve grown organic or paid traffic or leads, and you can show the numbers.

• AI-native. You’ve built workflows that multiply output, not just used chat tools. You can judge what AI produces on accuracy and tone, which matters a lot when the topic is someone’s salary.

• You produce for conversion. The hook, the offer, the call to action, the landing page: you know what makes someone take the next step. You read the numbers to see why one version beat another.

• You find the original angle. Give you a dataset, a customer call or a salary expert, and you come back with a story people want to share.

• Multi-format. You make short videos, carousels, podcast and webinar clips and simple calculators with AI tools and templates, with an eye for what looks on-brand. You adapt rather than design from scratch.

• High ownership. You own results, not just output, and propose what to make next based on data rather than waiting for a brief.

• Reliable and team-minded. You deliver what you promise, put the team’s success first and thrive on feedback.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
