About the role

This role sits within our Sydney Ad Operations team, where you’ll manage digital campaigns from setup through to delivery across audio, video, display, and other digital products. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Ad Tech to keep campaigns performing, tracking accurately, and clients happy.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across audio, video, display, and other digital products, ensuring timely and accurate setup, execution, and delivery.
• Traffic and implement creative assets (audio, video, display, rich media, and third-party tags), and manage tracking pixels, conversion measurement, and third-party reporting solutions in line with campaign specifications and technical requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks prior to launch to confirm campaigns are configured correctly, tracking is firing as expected, and all requirements have been met.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying delivery risks and implementing optimisation strategies to maximise campaign success.
• Analyse campaign data and reporting to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, tracking, creative, and ad-serving issues, and collaborate closely with Sales, Account Managers, Product, Ad Tech, Support, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow updates in line with SLAs, ensure campaigns adhere to industry standards, privacy regulations, brand safety requirements, and ad quality guidelines, and support continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, process enhancements, and automation opportunities.

What you’ll need

• Experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management, with a strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals including ad serving, targeting, video, audio, display, measurement, and reporting.
• Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Adswizz or similar technologies, and using reporting tools, spreadsheets, and campaign analytics platforms to support optimisation and decision-making.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and creative implementation issues, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to achieve performance objectives and revenue targets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines accurately, and maintain a customer-first commitment to exceptional service and outcomes.
