Practice Supervisor – NYP Westchester Medical Group - Day

As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff.  In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services.  You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff in order to ensure optimal patient-centered care. The Practice Supervisor will assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services to our patients while overseeing the operational, financial, and quality of the practice.  Transform your life and career in this continuously evolving role. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, hours will vary between 7:00am – 5:30pm. Position is located at 685 White Plains Road, Eastchester, NY 10709

Preferred Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Previous supervisory experience

• Knowledgeable of all aspects of billing, excel, meditech
• Epic experience

Required Criteria:

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

• 1-3 years work experience
