About the Role:

We’re looking for someone to own and scale our creator and partnership ecosystem for brands under PW Companies. 

This role is responsible for driving incremental revenue through creator and brand partnerships working alongside the Director.

You’ll focus on identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and optimizing performance across multiple channels with the following responsibilities and duties:

Responsibilities: 

Drive Brand and Event Partnerships

• Identify and secure brand and event partnerships that align with our brands
• Develop collaborative campaign concepts that drive reach and revenue
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage execution
• Track and analyze performance of partnership campaigns
• Build a repeatable approach to scaling brand collaborations

Drive Creator Program Growth & Execution

• Drive execution of Creator programs
• Source and manage partnerships aligned with brand standards
• Coordinate creator content and collaboration opportunities
• Ensure programs are delivering value across content, brand exposure, and partnerships
• Identify opportunities to scale and evolve the program

Requirements

Requirements:

This manager should have the following skills, education, and experience:

• Someone who is well connected with 4+ years of experience in creator and brand partnerships
• Proven ability to grow and manage creators with a strong understanding of what performs
• Deep understanding of social trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically—you know what looks good and what performs
• Strong organizational skills—you can manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable giving direction and feedback to talent, creators, and team members
• Self-starter who takes ownership and moves quickly without needing constant direction
• Strong event management experience with 4+ years driving influencer and brand events
• Willing to roll up your sleeves to go from strategy to execution with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Adaptable and willing to pivot where necessary
• Strong collaboration skills with various departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Travel to be expected frequently
