What makes this opportunity different?
As Director of Rehabilitation, you won’t have to choose between being a clinician and being a leader. You’ll continue working directly with residents while helping guide the rehabilitation program, develop caseload, and strengthen relationships within the community.
With a smaller therapy team, you’ll have the opportunity to be closely involved in the day-to-day operation and make a visible impact on the program’s growth. And you’ll have support as you step into leadership! Our 13-week Pathway to Success program provides structured development as you transition into the Director of Rehabilitation role, with support focused on building the skills needed to successfully lead and grow your program.
As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will:
- Provide individualized, one-on-one therapy services to residents.
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation program.
- Partner with the therapy team and community leadership to coordinate resident care.
- Support caseload development and identify opportunities to expand therapy services within the community.
- Help your team meet clinical, operational, and efficiency expectations.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
Your Legacy career offers great experiences, work/life balance, and excellent rewards, including:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- 401(k)
- Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and pet insurance
- Paid time off (PTO) with rollover and buyout options at year’s end
- Company-paid group life insurance
- Flexible spending account
- Voluntary life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance
- Licensure reimbursement
- MedBridge access with unlimited online continuing education for full-time employees
