Job Description:

Bring your project management and administrative expertise to a role that helps advance meaningful human research. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator with the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP), you’ll serve as a key partner to investigators, study teams, committee members, physicians, and executive leaders. This highly collaborative role combines multi-project management, complex calendar coordination, and administrative support with the opportunity to contribute to the IRB, Research Integrity, and Research Conflict of Interest programs. Experience supporting physician and executive leadership calendars is important.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing complex priorities. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and communications, track key initiatives, support payroll and operational processes, and serve as a trusted resource to stakeholders across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency, compliance, and success of research programs that advance healthcare and improve lives. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting meaningful work, we invite you to join our team.
