The VIG in Mesa is hiring line cooks and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

If you love great food, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Set up, stock, and prep individual stations for service. 

• Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and specs. 

• Coordinate cooking times with other line cooks to ensure simultaneous table delivery. 

• Maintain correct temperature controls for food safety.

• Clean, sanitize, and break down the station at the end of the shift.    

•  Prepares and cooks menu items to exact specifications under fast-paced restaurant .

Requirements

• At least 1 year of being a line cook in full service restaurant 

• Minimum age is 18

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, working in hot and wet environments, and lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Authorized to work in the US
