Basic Function:

The Sales Tax Specialist position is responsible for providing state and local tax work and administrative duties in the Sales Tax area of Drury Hotels.  This position maintains a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with co-workers, vendors, and customers. 

General Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

Requires the ability to relate to the public and co-workers in a warm, friendly manner, contributing to a hospitable environment.  Requires the ability to give attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.  Requires a thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures related to job responsibilities.  Requires the ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendors and service providers.  Must have the ability to work efficiently and independently.
