Provides strategic oversight to the AHS PE revenue cycle functions ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Develops processes that consistently ensure effective staffing, strong associate engagement and appreciation, and appropriate systems for effective and supportive management engagement. Other duties as assigned. Develops and implements training programs for all financial revenue cycle staff to achieve impressive customer service outcomes. Engages best practices to result in successful outcomes. Develops training programs for financial revenue cycle staff to achieve customer service outcomes. Facilitates organizational consensus and manages business relationships with stakeholders. Manages the development and deployment of patient-friendly programs and activities. Integrates employee development and cross-training to align with business unit objectives.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the physician practice revenue cycle. [Required]
- Minimum mid-level competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power Point [Required]
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. [Required]
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels [Required]

Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:
- in Business or related field

Work Experience:
- 10+ in a position related to revenue cycle subject matter [Required]
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare receivables, patient access management or related field [Preferred]
- Healthcare experience [Required]

Pay Range:
$147,867.20 - $275,038.40Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
