SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-BayPosition Overview:
* This position will be primarily onsite in Oakland, CA.Serves as the resource for digital workflows across the Sutter Health Application suite. Provides support to less experienced support analysts and all Sutter clinical employees in the use of electronic health record (eHR) and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years recent relevant experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

Pay Range is $122,761.60 to $184,142.40 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
