Role overview

We’re looking for a Commercial AI Enablement & Performance Manager to help commercial teams adopt and get measurable value from AI. The role will focus on improving knowledge quality, monitoring performance, capturing user feedback and turning insights into practical improvement actions that make AI useful in sellers’ day-to-day work.

Working closely with Revenue Enablement, this role will focus on the operational delivery, testing, knowledge quality, adoption support, and performance measurement needed to make AI useful in sellers’ day-to-day work.

This role sits within Revenue Enablement and across commercial workflows, knowledge management, AI performance, and and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and AI specialists to ensure our AI solutions deliver real value at scale.

What you’ll do

Support Commercial AI Enablement & Adoption

• Partner with Sales and commercial teams to understand how AI can better support day-to-day workflows and seller productivity
• Capture feedback, pain points and adoption barriers from users, and turn them into practical improvement opportunities
• Help identify where AI can simplify work, improve access to knowledge, or reduce manual effort for commercial teams
• Support pilots, training, communications and feedback loops to help teams use AI confidently and consistently
• Work with the Change & AI Lead, Revenue Enablement and AI specialists to ensure adoption activity is aligned, practical and measurable

Monitor and improve  AI performance

• Monitor the performance of agreed AI use cases and maintain a prioritized improvement backlog
• Define and coordinate improvement actions that increase AI accuracy, usability and commercial impact
• Analyse where AI falls short, including escalations, incorrect responses, and gaps in coverage
• Investigate root causes, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate delivery with relevant teams

Improve AI knowledge quality

• Maintain the existing commercial knowledge and enablement resources used by AI solutions
• Improve sales process documentation, commercial workflows and business knowledge so AI tools can provide accurate, relevant support to sellers
• Continuously improve knowledge quality, coverage, and relevance with subject matter experts

Test, validate, and improve

• Design and run real-world test scenarios for AI agents
• Perform ongoing gap analysis to identify missed automation opportunities and quality issues
• Establish repeatable QA processes to improve answer quality over time

Drive insights and action

• Track performance metrics such as deflection, accuracy, and coverage
• Translate findings into clear actions, prioritised improvements and recommendations for the Revenue Enablement Manager and delivery teams
• Prepare concise performance updates, risks, and recommendations for leadership and delivery teams

Identify AI improvement opportunities

• Capture and assess seller pain points, repetitive manual activities, and knowledge gaps against agreed commercial priorities
• Develop initial use-case proposals and supporting evidence for review and prioritization
• Support pilots and roll-outs, collect user feedback, and recommend improvements before wider scaling

Who you are

• Experience working with sales, sales enablement, customer success, or commercial transformation teams to improve sales processes, enablement, service delivery or operational performance
• Working knowledge of B2B sales processes, pipeline stages, and day-to-day realities of commercial teams
• Ability to gather business challenges and translate them into clear use-cases, workflows, test scenarios, and improvement actions
• Experience maintaining structured knowledge, enablement content, or business information used by digital tools or AI solutions
• Analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting metrics and identifying patterns
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where continuous iteration is key

Nice to have

• Experience with AI assistants, chatbots, automation, or knowledge systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Agentforce, or similar tools
• Experience working alongside product, engineering, or AI teams
