About the Role

Strategy Week is the most important event of RavenPack’s year. Senior leadership, international clients and speakers come together in Marbella for a week of strategy sessions, which closes with our awards ceremony.

We’re looking for a reliable, bilingual and hands-on Event Support Assistant to work alongside our events team on the ground. You’ll be the extra pair of hands that keeps things running smoothly: welcoming guests, managing kits and materials, helping with local transport and solving small problems before anyone notices them.

You don’t need previous events experience. If you’re organized, punctual and great with people, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.

We are looking for someone available for 3 weeks, from November 30th to December Friday 18th

Your Ramp-Up Journey

• Before the event: You’ll get a briefing with the events team covering the run-of-show, key guests and vendors, and your role each day. You’ll also help prepare welcome kits, merch and materials.

• During Strategy Week: You’ll be on-site supporting reception, guest relations, transfers and daily logistics, with a clear point of contact from our team.

• After the event: You’ll help with wrap-up, including collecting materials, returns and closing out logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the welcome and reception desk, greeting and assisting clients, speakers and attendees with a professional, friendly presence.

• Prepare and distribute welcome kits, merchandise and event documentation.

• Support local transport and mobility, including coordinating transfers and handling local travel needs and errands.

• Act as a communication link between the internal team, external vendors and guests.

• Help with the setup and smooth running of the awards ceremony.

• Stay flexible and handle the day-to-day tasks and small issues that come up during a live event.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish, as you’ll interact daily with international guests.

• A valid driver’s licence and your own car available for local travel during the project.

• Based in or near Marbella and able to work on-site at our office and event venues.

• Full availability for the event dates, including prep and wrap-up days and evenings for the awards ceremony.

• Strongly organized, punctual and comfortable juggling several things at once.

• Professional, polished and approachable with guests.

Desirable / Nice to Have

• Experience in hospitality, hotel reception, events or guest-facing roles.

• Familiarity with corporate events or international audiences.

• A calm, problem-solving attitude under pressure.
