Job Summary
We’re looking for an ERP Applications Analyst who’s excited to own, elevate, and evolve our SYSPRO ERP platform. In this role, you’ll partner with operations, manufacturing, and IT to build solutions that boost efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and help our teams do their best work every day.

If you enjoy building smarter systems, solving complex puzzles, and turning business needs into technical solutions, this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll become the driving force behind our SYSPRO ERP environment. You’ll manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance the system to support our manufacturing operations. You’ll take ownership of the support queue, ensuring requests are prioritized and resolved efficiently while maintaining roles, security, and documentation. Working closely with business partners, you’ll translate their needs into smart configurations, reports, workflows, and process improvements that elevate planning, production, inventory, labor, and costing functions. You’ll also shape how our teams use data by developing impactful reports and dashboards, supporting data validation and analysis, and collaborating with IT to manage upgrades, integrations, testing, and performance tuning. Your expertise will help connect SYSPRO with shop‑floor and enterprise systems—including Windchill—ensuring our technology ecosystem runs smoothly and supports operational excellence.

We’d Love to Hear from Candidates With

• 2+ years of ERP support in manufacturing or similarly complex environments
• Experience with ERP configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and end‑to‑end process support (SYSPRO experience is a big plus!)
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing—BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP, inventory, production
• Working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and strong Excel/data‑analysis abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into technical action, communicate clearly, and manage priorities independently

A Successful Candidate Also Brings

• Hands‑on SYSPRO experience across manufacturing, inventory, planning, purchasing, or finance modules
• Experience with ERP upgrades, testing cycles, deployments, integrations, or user‑enablement projects
• Exposure to shop‑floor systems, PLM tools like Windchill, barcoding, analytics, APIs, scripting, or middleware
• Relevant education, certifications, or training in IT, business systems, manufacturing, accounting, or supply chain

Pay   Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $64,248 - $107,080.  This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.  While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.
