Working closely with your senior clinicians and frontline leaders, you’ll lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, providing coaching, direction and support to enable their success.

At the heart of the role is building strong relationships with Elders, families, employees and community, ensuring Ny-Ku Byun continues to provide quality care that respects individual needs, culture and connection to community.

We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success. Come join one of the most trusted community and residential care providers in Australia.
