We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to support the financial integrity of the resort by executing core accounting processes with accuracy and consistency. This role enables operational focus by ensuring financial data is reliable and timely. The Staff Accountant executes daily accounting activities and supports the month-end close process. Working under the guidance of the Senior Staff Accountant and Director of Financia Operations, this role ensures transactions are processed accurately and in alignment with Hyatt standards. Primary responsibilities include:

·         Execute daily accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and transaction processing

·         Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation

·         Support month-end close by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time

·         Process payroll-related entries and assist with labor data validation

·         Follow established accounting procedures and internal control requirements

·         Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Senior Staff Accountant or Controller

·         Collaborate with Hyatt Shared Services to ensure accurate transaction processing
