Influencer Marketing Intern

Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to join our dynamic Global Influencer team here at Huda Beauty. This role offers hands-on experience supporting global influencer campaigns, with a focus on global Influencer kit ideation, trend research, and operational logistics.

Please not that this internship is 6-month fixed-term contract role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Influencer Kit & Campaign Support

• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative PR kit concepts tailored to campaign themes and trends.
• Research and present relevant influencer and social media, cultural trends to help guide ideation.
• Conduct competitor analysis to track and report on PR kit trends across the beauty and lifestyle space

Product Coordination

• Coordinate sample requests with internal teams and vendors, particularly managing product logistics with suppliers
• Ensure timely dispatch of samples for PR kits for approval

Logistics & Operations

• Liaise with logistics providers (e.g., DHL) to arrange international shipments
• Prepare shipping documents and track deliveries to ensure successful and timely arrivals.

Administrative Support

• Organize influencer product databases, addresses, and kit distribution lists
• Help manage campaign timelines and support with post-campaign reporting as needed

Requirements

• Demonstrates an understanding of social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours to ensure specific pieces of content are being engaged with. 
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Track record of delivering results both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluent on IG & all social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, & Snapchat
• Experience in Beauty & Cosmetics is preferred
• Track record of generating original, out-of-the-box ideas for campaigns and content
• Proficient writer with the ability to adapt language and messaging depending on platform and audience
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills applied to campaign or logistics challenges
• Experience building relationships and communicating with a consumer-focused approach
• Current student or recent graduate with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
