What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of complex technical initiatives across our Technology organization. This role requires a professional with strong Project Management expertise, solid technical understanding, and the ability to independently drive technical initiatives from planning through production delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Technical Leads, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, coordinating initiatives spanning multiple platforms, including Websites, Client Area, Payment Systems (PSPs), CRM Systems, Trading Platforms, and third-party integrations. A key focus of this position will be to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and data-driven reporting to enhance project visibility, identify delivery risks, monitor progress, and improve overall delivery predictability.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and strategic technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Drive coordination across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Take ownership of project execution, proactively resolving blockers, managing risks, and driving timely decisions.
• Coordinate technical readiness, testing, release planning, and production deployments.
• Establish strong project governance, accountability, and structured reporting through Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve project tracking, identify potential delays, monitor dependencies, and provide real-time delivery visibility.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support data-driven decisions and delivery forecasting.
• Challenge unrealistic timelines, identify resource constraints, and propose practical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, efficiency, and predictability.

Qualifications / Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Program Management.
• Excellent project management expertise, with a proven track record of independently driving complex technical initiatives from initiation to production.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, databases, and SDLC.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple engineering teams and technical dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and project governance.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, and reporting dashboards for project tracking, risk identification, and delivery visibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge technical teams, anticipate risks, drive accountability, and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Delivery ownership: roadmaps, release management, on time
• Technical depth: architecture, SDLC, CI/CD, cloud, quality practices
• Experience in Forex, FinTech, Financial Services, or trading technology will be considered an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe will be considered an advantage.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model; 3 days from the office, 2 days from home)
