What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Tech Release Coordinator to coordinate cross-team releases across multiple product squads. The role owns the day-to-day execution of the release process, including managing pull requests (PR) and code merges in GitHub, to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across the organization.

This position partners closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Leadership, supporting release governance and continuous improvement within a scaled Agile environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the PR and merge workflow in GitHub across multiple repositories and squads, including reviewing PRs for readiness, confirming required approvals and passing status checks, and performing merges into release branches in line with approved release scope
• Enforce branching strategy and version control standards, including release branch creation, cherry-picks, hotfix merges, and tagging, to maintain correct code lineage and release traceability
• Coordinate with developers to resolve merge conflicts, failed checks, and out-of-scope or late-submitted changes
• Coordinate end-to-end production release activities, ensuring controlled and timely deployments into live trading environments
• Validate CI/CD pipeline outputs, including build integrity, versioning, and artifact readiness, against the approved release scope
• Perform release readiness checks, including regression results, environment validation, configuration consistency, and rollback preparedness
• Oversee deployment execution, ensuring adherence to runbooks, release schedules, and change management procedures
• Coordinate cross-system dependencies (e.g., APIs, trading engines, market data feeds) to ensure correct sequencing and compatibility
• Monitor production releases in real time using logs, metrics, and alerts; support incident triage and rollback decisions when required
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to ensure deployment standards and release governance are followed
• Track and report release status, risks, and post-release issues, ensuring transparency and auditability
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements within the forex/financial environment
• Contribute to improvements in release processes, GitHub workflows, and tooling

Qualifications / Skills:

• 3+ years in Release Coordination, or Development and Delivery roles
• Hands-on experience managing PRs, merges, and release branches in GitHub (or similar platforms), including branch protection rules, code review workflows, and tagging/versioning practices
• Solid understanding of Git branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow, trunk-based) and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously
• Proven experience following and enforcing structured release processes
• Experience in fintech, online trading platforms, or fast-paced product environments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 (Hybrid Model;4 days from the office, 1 day from home)
