MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Responsible for ensuring that sales process is carried out properly and the work of Modern Trade Channel is completed on schedule as required by the Company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and develop sales activities for MT channels nationwide.
• Work closely with another function such as Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, Logistic to build strategy in short and long term plan & operation for Modern Trade channel.
• Conduct and organize JBP with key customer. Manage E-commerce channel.
• Negotiate to get yearly contract/trading term with customers to maximize given budget.
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with Abbott in designing and implementing promotional programs, supporting activities in MT channels.
• Manage and supervise group leaders (KAM; FOM; USM, Sales Sup…) to achieve target assigned by the Sales Department.
• Manage & train Sales Team, support the team in assigned area.
• Handle issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority.
• Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company.

Work Experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years

• Experience in Modern Trade channel in Milk industry or FMCG business
• At least 2-year experience at Manager level with significant achievement

Education

Bachelor

• MBA strongly preferred
