Order Management & CRM Specialist

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management & CRM Specialist with extensive experience in CRM systems, order management, and advanced Excel functions. The ideal candidate is reliable, analytical, and committed to building a long-term career with the company.

During the first 3–6 months, the primary focus will be on order management and operational tasks. Once the employee has mastered the processes and demonstrated consistent performance, the role will gradually expand to include customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders accurately, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
• Maintain and update customer, order, and operational records within CRM systems.
• Use Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables, to analyze, cross-reference, and validate data.
• Monitor order status, identify discrepancies, and resolve order-related issues.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, order management platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and workflow management.
• Transition into customer communication responsibilities after the initial 3–6 months, based on training and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
• Extensive experience in order management, preferably using Sellercloud.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and other data management functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to established processes and procedures.
• Stable, long-term employment history.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assume customer-facing responsibilities over time.
• Demonstrated interest in long-term employment and professional commitment.
• Ability to learn new systems and follow structured training processes.
• C1 English level
