• Meet the growing demand for digital solutions with online booking and secure messaging that improves the patient’s experience, reduces the need for unnecessary phone calls, and makes clinics more efficient.
• Improve access to care by replacing faxes, displaying wait times, and reducing the time to process and access specialist referrals.

Who we need

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, we are hiring a Product Launch Specialist to coordinate early access programs and support the successful launch of new features and solutions across OceanMD and Ocean Labs. As our new Product Launch Specialist, you will develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, bringing together Product, Ocean Labs, Marketing, Business Development, and client-facing teams to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly. You will work directly with clients and early access participants to coordinate onboarding, gather feedback, and share insights that inform product improvements and broader launches. You will help establish consistent, repeatable processes that strengthen collaboration, keep projects on track, and support the successful introduction and adoption of new capabilities.

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring two to three days per week in our Toronto office.

Who you are

You are a highly organized, collaborative professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and keeping people, priorities, and timelines aligned. You have experience coordinating projects, product launches, or client-facing initiatives within a SaaS environment, and you understand how to move initiatives forward when multiple teams and stakeholders are involved. You are comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams, managing competing priorities, and adapting plans as requirements evolve.

You combine strong project management skills with clear communication, curiosity, and a customer-focused approach. You enjoy engaging directly with clients, asking thoughtful questions, gathering feedback, and translating insights into practical next steps. You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and are interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, are changing the way software is developed and delivered. You are flexible in accommodating occasional client meetings outside regular business hours to support healthcare providers.

How you will make an impact

• Plan and coordinate early access programs. You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new features and solutions across Ocean and Ocean Labs. You will coordinate activities across teams, track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward from initial planning through launch.
• Bring teams together. You will work closely with Product, Ocean Labs, Marketing, Business Development, and client-facing teams to align priorities, clarify responsibilities, and ensure everyone has the information and resources needed to deliver. You will facilitate meetings, communicate updates, and help resolve challenges as projects evolve.
• Engage with clients and early access participants. You will coordinate client onboarding, demonstrations, check-ins, and feedback sessions, building relationships with healthcare providers participating in early access programs. You will set clear expectations, respond to questions, and ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
• Turn feedback into improvements. You will gather and organize insights from clients and internal teams, identifying common challenges, opportunities for improvement, and emerging needs. You will share findings with Product and Ocean Labs teams to help refine new capabilities, improve the client experience, and inform broader launch decisions.
• Support launch readiness and adoption. You will coordinate with Marketing, Education and Training, and client-facing teams to ensure communications, training materials, and support resources are ready for new releases. You will help track early adoption, identify gaps, and coordinate follow-up activities that support successful implementation.
• Build and improve processes. You will help establish consistent approaches to planning, tracking, and delivering early access programs and product launches. You will introduce practical tools, templates, and workflows that improve visibility, strengthen accountability, and make future initiatives more efficient and repeatable.

What you bring

• The experience. You have experience coordinating projects, product launches, client implementations, or cross-functional initiatives within a B2B SaaS environment. You understand how software products move from development through testing, launch, and adoption, and you can manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities while keeping projects on track.
• The project management skills. You have hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira to organize work, track progress, and coordinate activities across teams. You bring structure to evolving requirements, anticipate potential roadblocks, and follow through to ensure commitments are met.
• The communication and relationship-building skills. You are a clear, confident communicator who can engage directly with clients and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. You know how to ask thoughtful questions, facilitate discussions, gather meaningful feedback, and translate information into practical next steps. You are comfortable accommodating occasional meetings outside regular business hours to connect with healthcare professionals.
• The analytical and problem-solving skills. You can organize and interpret client feedback, identify patterns, and turn insights into recommendations that support product improvements and successful launches. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adjusting plans as priorities evolve, and finding practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• The curiosity and initiative. You are interested in emerging technologies, including AI, and how they are transforming software development and healthcare delivery. You enjoy learning, taking ownership, and identifying opportunities to improve how teams collaborate and deliver results. Experience in healthcare technology is an asset, but not required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $70K–$90K. The salary will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the needs of the organization.
