Regional Marketing Professional - Europe

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Professional – Europe to join our European marketing team in Riga. In this role, you will be a dedicated marketing leader shaping regional growth across Europe. You will own the strategy, execution and localized marketing activations across key European markets, collaborating closely with Regional Directors and local sales teams.

You will work with cross-functional teams across sales, communications and global marketing to build brand presence and drive business growth across the European region. You will adapt global marketing strategies to local European market needs and drive co-branded activations with our partners in priority countries.

What you'll do:

• Drive the regional marketing strategy for Europe, aligning activations with business targets and sales goals across key European countries.
• Manage and allocate regional marketing budgets across European markets, tracking spend and maximizing marketing ROI.
• Plan, produce and oversee end-to-end execution of events, including owned formats (breakfasts, launch events and more), C-level events and sponsorships of industry events.
• Coordinate the production of branded merchandise (swag), branded materials and sales collateral, ensuring all co-branded Aleph partner assets are consistent and on-brand.
• Create and share regular reports on activations, budget and performance with internal teams and partners.
• Measure the ROI and results of marketing activations, turning data into learnings that inform future plans.
• Work with the cross-functional team and partners to develop precise, persuasive and locally relevant messaging, including PR and communications support.
• Coordinate market research, competitor analysis and impact measurement with third-party providers and internal teams.

What you need for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree (bakalaura grāds) in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
  4+ years of experience in marketing.
• Budget management: proven ability to plan, allocate and track marketing budgets across European countries and key regional projects.
• Event and project management: experience planning and executing events (virtual and in-person), including webinars, and following them through from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Data-driven marketing and measurement: demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and use data to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.
• Understanding of the advertising and media industry and its audiences: familiarity with the sector and its key players, with a focus on the audiences Aleph serves.
• Regional marketing and localization: proven ability to adapt marketing campaigns to diverse European markets, cultural nuances and localized business requirements.
• Presentation and communication: ability to communicate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to country leadership teams.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Relevant experience, with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Experience with related software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma and Splash.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Outstanding execution and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
• A demonstrated track record of working across complex, fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
