Job Description

The Digital Adoption and Customer Success (DACS) organization, part of Cat Digital, plays a critical role in enabling long-term value realization from Caterpillar’s growing portfolio of digital solutions. DACS is focused on driving meaningful adoption, sustained engagement, and measurable business impact across the global dealer network and customer base.

The team is seeking a Marketing Technology & Data Specialist. This position works in close partnership with our product engagement consultants, helping to create, build, test and deploy engagement campaigns. The role typically has foundational level expertise on marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with Product Engagement Consultants and cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and optimize customer-facing engagement campaigns across digital channels.

• Develop and maintain campaign workflows, journeys, audience segmentation, and automated communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing technology platforms.

• Ensure campaign quality and performance through rigorous testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment processes.

• Manage marketing data to support audience targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and reporting while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with business partners to translate engagement strategies and campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

• Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of marketing technology platforms, integrations, and campaign assets.

• Document campaign processes, technical configurations, and best practices to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage automation, personalization, and data-driven marketing capabilities to enhance the customer experience.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of engagement initiatives that align with business objectives and customer success goals.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

• Experience and expertise in promoting and/or driving engagement of digital products (condition monitoring is a plus) to users/audiences

• Experience in working with Field teams or Dealers.

• Technical marketing background and secure understanding of campaign building, customer journeys and an omnichannel approach

• Positive attitude, ability to adapt to changes.

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
