About the role 

From managing bookings, payments and invoices to supporting day-to-day operations, you bring your organisational skills and customer service flair to a role where people are at the centre of everything you do. Working closely with the Service Coordinator and regional team, you will respond to guest needs, handle enquiries and help ensure a safe, comfortable and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

About you 

You are approachable, organised and ready to jump in wherever you’re needed. You enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, stay calm when things get busy and know how to turn a simple interaction into a great experience. You are a natural problem-solver who takes pride in getting the details right and making people feel welcome. Your key experience will include:

• Experience in hostel, hotel reception, accommodation administration or a similar environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and everyday computer systems
• Good attention to detail, particularly with bookings, payments and administration
• A proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and getting things done
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
