2027 Fresh Grad Hire - Global Business Management Trainee Program

1. Cross-functional Rotation: Complete 3+ months of deep rotation across core functions such as Business, Planning and Mid-office, systematically understanding the company’s commercial logic, operations and value chain, delivering phased outcomes and structured reviews.
2. Project Ownership & Closed-loop Management: Around the Global Business Development Center, independently lead online KOL or offline physical-store projects, owning the full cycle from initiation and resource coordination to delivery, accountable for project goals and results, validating commercial execution and end-to-end management capability.
3. Strategic Alignment & Management Support: As a Leader Assistant, participate in strategy decomposition, target management, cross-functional coordination and key decision support, building a managerial perspective and big-picture view in real business.
4. Development Mechanism: Rotation-based training + senior-leader mentorship. A senior leader serves as career mentor; the trainee learns as a Leader Assistant and completes 3+ months of deep rotation across key roles such as Business, Planning and Mid-office, with role and level decided based on individual strengths and trial performance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, fresh graduate from domestic or overseas universities; management, economics, finance or STEM preferred.
• Potential: Strong logic, communication, coordination and fast learning; student leadership, entrepreneurship or team-lead experience is a plus.
• Traits & Drive: Goal-oriented, self-driven, clear managerial ambition and development drive, strong resilience, embraces change and challenge.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English, with solid reading, writing and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Vision & Cognition: Curious and sharp about the business world, with foundational financial and commercial literacy, willing to grow in a global business context.
