Sales Engineer - Energy Solutions

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to help expand our presence across Bucharest area, developing new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and grow a portfolio of customers through active prospecting, networking and business development activities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for Aggreko's power generation, temperature control and energy solutions across multiple industries.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand operational challenges and identify business opportunities.
• Develop tailored technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Present solutions and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract signature.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and Service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Essential

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven success in prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at operational, technical and management levels.
• Professional level of English and Romanian.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred

• Experience selling industrial services, technical solutions, industrial equipment, energy, HVAC, power generation or related products.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of industrial customers and operational environments.
