Purpose of the Job

The SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing and driving the performance of SEO and GEO across multiple channels and markets. This role involves executing on-page and off-page SEO and GEO strategies, conducting audits, and improving website ranking and organic traffic. The SEO Specialist works closely with content, product, and marketing teams to implement SEO and GEO best practices and achieve KPIs set within the Spoke’s objectives.

Main Assignments

·       SEO Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for local markets within the Spoke.

·       SEO Audits:
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, analyzing on-page and off-page SEO factors, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions.

·       Keyword Research:
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify and target the most relevant keywords for content optimization and link-building opportunities.

·       On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structure to ensure better crawlability and improved rankings.

·       Content SEO:

Understanding of SEO content strategy and topic clustering. Ability to align content with different stages of the buyer journey.

·       Off-Page SEO:
Implement strategies to improve off-page SEO, including link-building and collaboration with external partners to increase domain authority.

·       GEO/LLMs Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute GEO strategies focused on increasing domain and brand visibility in LLMs for local markets within the Spoke.  Monitors and analyzes LLM performance using tools such as Peec.ai.

·       Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights for improvements.

·       Collaboration:
Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to align SEO with overall digital marketing strategies, ensuring integration across channels.

·       Designs and performs any other tasks, actions, or projects that may arise in daily activities, not included in the job description, which the direct supervisor, department manager, or General Manager deems appropriate and assigns to this position, in accordance with the employee’s experience, knowledge, skills, and for the purpose of expanding the role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Bilingual in Czech and Polish (native or near-native fluency in both languages) (Additional proficiency in Bulgarian or Romanian is considered a strong advantage.)
• Fluency in English is an important criterion, since this role involves working closely with global teams.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Lumar.
• Strong experience conducting SEO audits and implementing improvements.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms and their impact on SEO.
