Senior Analyst, Finance

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, aligning targets with market dynamics, historical performance, and planned capital and operating investments.
  
• Manage weekly and monthly forecasting and business review cycles, providing clear performance narratives and holding business teams accountable for P&L delivery.
  
• Analyze trends, KPIs, risks, and opportunities; recommend actions and contingencies to achieve financial targets.
  
• Prepare and present concise management reporting on financial and operational performance by channel.
  
• Ensure timely, accurate sales and gross profit reporting for month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities.
  
• Partner with Controllership, Digital Finance, and other teams to maintain data integrity, effective controls, and compliance with applicable requirements.
  
• Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, assess capital and operating investments, and communicate recommendations to Finance and business leaders.
  
• Identify and implement process, system, and reporting improvements across Finance and partner functions.
  
• Use Excel, Tableau, SAP, MFP, and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, automate processes, and enhance reporting.
  
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide financial guidance that supports informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to execution.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Collaborative approach and proven ability to build effective business partnerships.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP BI, OneStream, Essbase, MFP, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset.
• CPA designation or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
