We’re looking for a Commercial Director to join us at Telia Finland.

I’m Raivo Rosts, Head of Consumer, and I’m searching for an experienced commercial leader ready to grow with us. We’re an ambitious team focused on creating sustainable growth, strengthening customer value and building an even more competitive Consumer business.

What you’ll do

This is a broad commercial leadership role where you will lead the commercial agenda for our Consumer business, balancing short-term performance with sustainable customer value and long-term revenue growth.

You will:

• Lead the Commercial organization and set a clear commercial agenda focused on sustainable growth, customer value and profitability.
• Own commercial performance and P&L, including pricing, campaigns, revenue development and commercial forecasting.
• Drive customer-base value through effective customer value management, segmentation and lifecycle activities.
• Strengthen acquisition, retention, churn prevention, win-back and cross-sell performance.
• Use customer, market and performance analytics to identify opportunities and support fact-based commercial decisions.
• Translate customer and market insights into clear commercial priorities and input for product, proposition, sales and marketing plans.
• Work closely with Sales, Product & Portfolio, Brand & Marketing and Operations to ensure aligned priorities and strong execution.
• Lead and develop an experienced team, creating clarity, accountability and engagement around shared goals.

The position location is in Helsinki, Finland.

• Proven experience in commercial leadership within a consumer-focused business. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer-base management, acquisition, customer value, propositions and revenue growth.
• A track record of driving commercial performance and growth in a competitive market.
• Experience in leading change and turning strategy into focused execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to translate customer and market insights into action.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build alignment around common commercial priorities.
• An engaging leadership style that combines ambition and accountability with openness and care for people.
• The curiosity and courage to challenge existing approaches and explore new opportunities for growth.
• Fluency in English.
