What you'll be doing

• Own the global category strategy: Develop and deliver the 3–5 year Intimate Health category strategy, defining portfolio priorities, growth opportunities and long-term direction.
• Drive portfolio growth: Identify new market opportunities, consumer needs and category trends to optimise the portfolio and unlock sustainable, profitable growth.
• Lead innovation: Build and prioritise a commercially focused innovation pipeline, taking ideas from consumer insight and concept development through to launch.
• Shape the future of Pevaryl: Own the global brand strategy and 1–3 year growth plan, strengthening brand positioning, communication and activation across key markets.
• Deliver impactful brand execution: Develop global brand assets, digital-first toolkits and activation guidelines that enable local teams to succeed.
• Turn insight into action: Use consumer, market, competitor and commercial data to identify opportunities, build business cases and make informed investment decisions.
• Collaborate internationally: Partner with Marketing, Insights, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and local markets to bring strategies and innovations to life.
• Champion performance: Monitor category and brand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and drive commercial results.
• Influence and lead: Act as a key global stakeholder, aligning cross-functional teams, challenging existing thinking and driving clear, commercially focused decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Category Management, Portfolio Management, Innovation or Brand Management, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC or Health & Beauty.
• Proven experience developing category or portfolio strategies and translating them into successful commercial growth plans.
• Strong brand-building expertise, including positioning, innovation, communication development and go-to-market activation.
• A commercially driven mindset, with experience in business cases, investment decisions, portfolio performance and budget management.
• Ability to translate consumer insights, market trends and competitive intelligence into actionable growth opportunities.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally across multiple international markets.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Life Sciences or a related field.
• A proactive, collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
