Job Description & Summary

These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.Main responsibilities
- Support the Academy team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help organize and coordinate trainings, workshops and events
- Prepare and format documents, presentations
- Coordinate with trainers, participants and internal teams
- Follow up on open tasks and make sure things are completed on time
- Support several tasks and projects at the same time
Requirements
- Higher education
- Fluent English and Russian
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive and hands-on
- Quick learner who can pick things up fast
- Well-organized and able to manage several tasks at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Flexible, energetic and willing to help where needed
