Company Overview

Synergy Flavors, part of the Carbery Group, is more than just a leading international supplier of ingredients to the global food and beverage industry—we’re a team driven by purpose. Our vision is simple yet powerful: enriching lives through healthier and tastier foods.

Your Role in Synergy's Success

Working closely with our Quality and Production teams, you'll carry out testing and inspections of raw materials and finished products, support investigations into quality-related issues and ensure accurate records are maintained.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using your problem-solving skills to respond to challenges, identify improvements and help maintain our quality standards.
