Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

On behalf of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, we manage a range of customer loyalty and bonus programs and are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to support our customers via phone and email.

Your challenge:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, answering questions about contracts, bonus points, and orders.

• Deliver fast, effective, and customer-focused solutions that have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

• Contribute your own ideas and experience to simplify processes and continuously improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.

What you’ll need:

• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification and have previous experience in customer service or handling customer inquiries.

• You are known for your calm, empathetic communication style and your professional approach to customer interactions.

• You remain composed under pressure and impress with your positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.

• You work in a structured, organized, and independent manner and communicate confidently.

• Professional working proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is required.

• You have strong MS Office skills and enjoy working with and maintaining customer and transaction data.
