Frontier Economics is an economics consultancy that tackles the big questions facing governments, businesses and society. We help our clients to analyse and understand their markets and to formulate strategies based on sound economics. The methods and models we use are often complex, but our advice is always succinct, clear and honest.

The company has grown rapidly since it was founded almost 27 years ago and currently has around 500 staff working across nine European offices (Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Dublin, London, Madrid, Paris and Prague). The company is employee-owned and has a strong culture of openness and employee engagement.

Public Policy Practice at Frontier:

The Public Policy Practice brings together economists who help governments, public bodies and organisations tackle complex policy challenges. The team applies rigorous economic analysis to areas including health, education, labour markets and wider social and economic policy. Working on high-profile and socially important issues, the practice helps clients understand the impact of policy choices, evaluate interventions and make evidence-based decisions.

Job Description:

The Proposal Advisor plays an important role in supporting business development activity within Frontier’s Public Policy Practice. The role focuses on managing the preparation and submission of a large number of high-quality proposals and tenders for clients across the public policy sector.

The Proposal Advisor works closely with consultants and collaborators across Frontier’s European offices to identify opportunities, coordinate bid processes and develop compelling proposal materials, providing clear and regular updates of progress. The role ensures that proposals are well organised, meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

This role combines project management, content drafting, coordination and stakeholder engagement. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while working with multidisciplinary teams.
